Warranty

Only products that have a manufacturing defect will have changes. Breakages due to impacts of any kind will not be covered by the warranty. 

Shipping/Taxes custom:

Because postal companies make between 1 to 2 delivery attempts on the orders we ship, please be sure to provide valid delivery addresses where there are people to receive it during postal delivery operating hours of your country.
If the mail company cannot deliver the order, you must go to collect it from the corresponding mail company. If you are not going to pick up the order personally, some mailing companies  could consider the order was abandoned and it will come back to us and you must to pay again the shipping cost with a recharge.

Taxes custom duties may apply depending on the country. In all cases, these fees are the buyer’s responsibility to pay. We do not accept returns or refunds if the buyer does not wish to pay the customs taxes applicable to their country or any fees associated with the postal service.

We do not refund money for shipping delays. Shipping may take several weeks depending on the order queue.

The colors of our products may vary slightly depending on batches of raw materials.
While we always use top quality materials, the color of the material and the strength may not always be the same, due to the raw material. While some models of our mounts are designed to protect the camera, the main feature is to reduce the chances of accidental snagging. Avoid hitting the camera mount or the camera under any circumstances.
However, we consider that an indestructible camera mount could cause damage to the user’s head or neck in the event of a blow.

The colors of our products, as well as our product policies and prices and shipping costs may vary without prior notice.

We may run out of stock of a particular color without prior notice. In that case, we will contact you to offer you the option of waiting until the color is back in stock or choosing a different one. We cannot cancel orders for this reason.

Due to the combination of materials we use in our raw material to achieve the best quality, the colors of the supports could vary and combine in different finishes than expected.
